Lavanis SCR-One is a plug-and-play SCR repair-support tool for FPT NEF and Cursor engines running a Bosch EDC17CV41 engine control unit with a Denoxtronic 2.2 dosing system. It keeps Tier 4 Final / Stage IV agricultural and construction machines working while the SCR system waits for repair: no reduced torque, no limp mode, no downtime. One unit covers both 12V and 24V electrical systems. It connects to the existing machine harness through two standard sealed connectors. Nothing is cut, spliced or soldered, and no software is written to the ECU.
The SCR-One is designed for HI-eSCR / Denoxtronic 2.2 configurations and covers the following components:
These engines power a wide range of FPT / CNH-based machines, including Case IH, Case Construction, New Holland, Landini, Steyr and McCormick.
Important: several model ranges kept the same name when they moved from Stage IV to Stage V, which uses a different ECU. The model name alone is not enough. Compatibility depends on the engine, the ECU, the emission stage and the build year. Check compatibility →
Typical situations where the SCR-One keeps a machine working:
Send us the machine details and we will check them against the ECU platform.
Tell us the make, model and build year, and the engine number from the plate on the block. If you can reach the ECU, a photo of the label above the connectors answers the question outright - the part number is printed there.
We reply within two working days.
